Refund Policy

This document is not final.

What follows is scaffolding, not reviewed legal text, and nothing on this page should be relied on. It must be replaced before Library & Co. accepts a real student.

When you can ask for a refund

You can request a refund on a course if both of these are true: it is within 7 days of your purchase, and you have completed less than 25% of the course. Once either of those passes, the request form closes.

Progress counts every lesson and every note in the course, including free previews. A lesson counts once you have watched most of it; a note counts once you have opened it.

This is in addition to your legal rights

The window above is something we offer, not a limit on what the law gives you. If a course is faulty or is not what it was described to be, your rights under consumer law apply whatever this page says, and nothing here takes them away.

Every request is read by a person

There is no automatic approval. An admin reads every request and either approves it or declines it with a reason, which you will see on your refunds page.

What you get back

An approved refund returns the card portion to the card you paid with, and restores the wallet credits you spent on that order. Restored credits keep their original expiry date — refunding does not extend it, and credits that had already expired are not restored. Your access to the course ends when the refund is approved.

If the purchase earned someone a referral reward, that reward is reversed.

To be written: How long a card refund takes to appear on a statement (bank-dependent, and we should state a realistic range rather than a number we cannot keep), and the escalation route if a student disagrees with a decline.
